Thong Tapan, Thong Nai Pan Noi

Thong Tapan is a friendly, family-run resort on the quieter northern end of Thong Nai Pan Noi beach. It is the only locally owned place in Thong Nai Pan Noi. They've been in business for over 16 years and have built up a loyal group of returning gusts.

Most of the accommodation is behind the reception area on a hill. The beautiful landscaping and generous space between the bungalows give the place a secluded feel. The bungalow prices vary according to the bungalow`s proximity to the beach.

There are a few deluxe bungalows with satellite TVs, hot water and fridges. There is also a 2 bedroom villa which is excellent value for families.

The restaurant is next to the beach and serves a good selection of food including excellent Thai dishes. The menu has set meals which allows you to try a variety of dishes for a reasonable price. However, don't arrive late because they have a habit of closing early if there are no customers.
