Paradise Garden Resort, Thong Nai Pan Yai (updated March 2012) Paradise Bungalows has reinvented itself and is now called Paradise Garden Resort. As Thong Nai Pan Yai has expanded along the new road it is no longer a place on the edge of town. It takes about 7 minutes to walk from Paradise Garden Resort down to the beach, but it is conveniently placed for the shops along the main road. This is a place that doesn't do any advertising and doesn't have a website. It is also not possible to do online bookings for Paradise Garden Resort. The resort consists of a line of concrete bungalows set in an uninspiring garden. All the bungalows have air-con and hot water. At the road side there is a restaurant that also functions as a reception for Paradise Garden Resort. Many of the people staying at Paradise Garden Resort are either tourists looking for a bit more comfort than a wooden bungalow or ex-pats. The place is more for people who want to rent accommodation by the month. However, if you are stuck for a place to stay, or indeed you find you cannot tear yourself away from the delights of Thong Nai Pan, then Paradise Garden Resort is a good option.
